Help Desk Opportunity
We are looking for candidates who have experience working in a telephone help desk environment.
We need individuals who:
- have a thirst for learning
- comfortable working on-line with clients
- enjoy working with customized programs
- strong customer service skills
- strong computer skills
- excellent communication skills
- enjoys the challenge of investigating problems and coming up with solutions
- can work in a 24 - 7 environment
- can work with minimal supervision
- good decision making skills and judgment skills are also necessary for this role
