Help Desk Opportunity

We are looking for candidates who have experience working in a telephone help desk environment.

We need individuals who:
  • have a thirst for learning
  • comfortable working on-line with clients
  • enjoy working with customized programs
  • strong customer service skills
  • strong computer skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • enjoys the challenge of investigating problems and coming up with solutions
  • can work in a 24 - 7 environment
  • can work with minimal supervision
  • good decision making skills and judgment skills are also necessary for this role
